describes the preparation steps for using PVC edge banding strips.

Preparation for Straight and Curved Edge Banding:

Special Reminder: In cold winter weather, it is essential to add a pre-sealing heating step for the edge banding strip. This ensures a better sealing effect and prevents brittleness and chipping before sealing.

Inspection of Processed Boards: Ensure the quantity of boards of each specification is correct; verify that the dimensions and surface quality meet requirements; clearly identify the edges of each specification of board and determine the specifications, color, and quantity of the edge banding. Machine Cleaning:

1. Clean the machine and workbench thoroughly, checking for any looseness or abnormalities in the edging, scraping, and grinding systems. If any abnormalities are found, lock them first, then open the machine and cleaning system in the order of power connection.

2. Adjust the position of the balance bar and the thickness of the workpiece according to its length. Adjust the distance between the upper shaft and the lower conveyor belt to ensure workpiece stability and avoid excessive pressure on the workpiece surface.

3. Check that the paste in the slurry tank is sufficiently clean. Adjust the paste supply according to the roughness of the saw surface, ensuring even and sufficient paste application.
